Responsibilities
Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and business meetings, including preparing concise minutes of meetings.
Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements — including flights, accommodations, itineraries, documentation, and travel expense reports.
Support corporate initiatives, events, and brand promotions in collaboration with relevant departments.
Support company gatherings and other internal initiatives.
Handle corporate gifts, client correspondence, and event preparations with impeccable attention to detail.
Maintain accurate records, manage internal and external communications, and ensure the smooth flow of daily operations.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Docs, etc.).
Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
Conduct research and provide administrative support for management as required.
Assist in recruitment coordination and candidate screening.
Manage the company’s hiring platforms (Glints, JobStreet, LinkedIn).
Design simple visual materials (Canva skills are a plus).
Coordinate monthly schedules for Sales and Butler teams.
Assist potential tenants with property viewings and handle administrative matters for the sister company.
Carry out various ad-hoc tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
