Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the sales and marketing executive team to achieve service sales targets.
- Possess strong knowledge of the Public Relations industry.
- Handle client issues or complaints escalated by the sales team.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and conduct forecasting with the team.
- Ensure the team consistently meets the minimum monthly sales revenue targets.
- Create a client target list and design outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities and strategies to boost sales.

- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, especially within a PR Agency.
- Strong leadership skills to lead and grow the sales and marketing team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
