Requirements :

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing or similar role
  • Prior experience in social media management and performance marketing
  • Understanding of  B2B and B2C digital consumer journey
  • Localization of content
  • Strategic and brand marketing
  • Commercially savvy, results oriented
  • Strong digital capabilities, planning and analytical skills
  • Able to work well with others, communicative and can network
  • Knowledge of CMS is advantageous

Job Description:


  • Collaborate with regional HQ in driving and executing digital initiatives for both B2B and B2C platforms
  • Research, identify and provide inputs to improve existing platforms, in line with industry trends
  • Build and develop localized social media strategy to educate consumers, increase engagement and drive conversions, including KOL management
  • Manage bounce rates, conversions and interactions on website via sound SEO, SEM and Social Media strategies
  • Initiate and collaborate with both commercial and training teams for promotional campaigns and media activation
  • Analyze and report in regular bases for any updates of Digital KPIs (SEO, SEM, Social Media and Website Performance), ensuring targets are met
  • Lead and drive B2B digitalization strategy via increasing penetration and active usage on existing as well as upcoming platforms
  • As part of talent development, job scope may include periodic marketing projects
