Job Vacancy: Front Desk Agent (Mandarin speaker)

About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and addressing any inquiries or concerns in  Mandarin. The ideal candidate should be approachable and have a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
  2. Perform check-in/check-out processes efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  3. Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and room assignments accurately.
  4. Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to assist guests with diverse needs.
  5. Respond to guest requests, complaints, and concerns in a timely and helpful manner.
  6. Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to offer recommendations.
  8. Process payments and manage guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Open to fresh graduates with a passion for Front Desk Agent or hospitality.
  • Previous experience in a similar position or hospitality role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS) is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
