What is a Talent Bankers Program (TBP)?
TBP is a program that a trainee learns & works under the Supervision of Buddy & Coach Executives in organizations. Their goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future Leaders. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience and hand in hand with the bank to implement our growth strategies.
During your program, you’ll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes, start with induction program, simulation and group discussion, case study and leadership workshops. To succeed in this role, strong performance orientation and effective communication are important that trainee qualifications you should have.

Requirements :
1. Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in any major, with GPA minimum 3.0 out of scale 4.0
2. Maximum 25 years old
3. Fluent in English both in spoken and written
4. A self motivated, energetic and having a can do attitude
5. Excellent in verbal / written communication skill and interpersonal skill
6. Display strong leadership and collaboration skill
7. Willing to join with bond service period for 3 (three) years
