Job deskipsi	:	Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales. Implements effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize the generation of hotels revenues. Actively acquire new business and maintain existing accounts through prospecting, planned sales calls, and solicitation. Develop and maintains relationships with key clients in order to produce group business for room sales. Develop quarterly action plan that addresses priorities and quotas and achieve sales activities as outlined in the hotels/individual action plans. Coordinate and participate in sites and industry / trade functions and shows. Utilize Property Sales System to track, solicit and follow up on accounts. Be independently responsible for achievement of all objectives outlined in the action plans and budget. Ensure effective yield management for group bookings produced and contracted.
