Ensure members & guest are properly greeted upon their arrival. Actively listen to and resolve complaints. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets. Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts. Liaise with others department to provide an overall comfortable guest experience. Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress.
