Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any fields
  • Under 35 years
  • Minimum 2 years working experience as business development, marketing, or similar field 
  • Excellent in market development and related business in Indonesian power industry (preferred)
  • Having capability to build, maintain and produce value from customer relationship
  • Having good experience to guide growth planning, strategies and initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Description:

  • Focus on new customer opportunities 
  • Develop a growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction (in tandem with marketing division)
  • Responsible for the development of company's services, competitors, and business position in the market
  • Maintaining relationship with customers 
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective customers
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
