Inspiration Factory Foundation (est 2013) is a group of changemakers driven by a shared belief in the transformative power of education. Our innovative programs go beyond traditional learning combining social emotional skills and 21st century skills to empower children and youth from all backgrounds.

Every Saturday, along side with volunteers, we facilitate safe learning spaces for our beneficiaries in five locations in Jakarta.

  • Currently a student (minimum 5th semester) or a recent graduate majoring in Communications, Business, or International Relations
  • Available to work from the office at least 2 days per week

  • Curious, creative, and possesses strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Proficient in Canva
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Owns a personal device (laptop or tablet) for work purposes
